Initial consultation

My free consultation and health testing establish your health and fitness goals, this then gives us the chance to get to know each other and enables me to gather information into my programme design.

Following this a postural and movement based assessment along with a flexibility test are carried out, enabling me to identify and correct muscle inbalances and movement dysfunctions.

Training session

Your session will be, tailored to suit your needs, abilities and limitations, whilst being fun, motivational, educating and functional, providing you with a unique balanced and challenging workout.
