I understand that your time is precious, so my home training service enables you to have real    1-2-1 personal training sessions within your own home at a convenient time to suit you. I will provide all equipment needed to give you a unique challenging workout! All I require is sufficient room to allow us to workout. I am able to provide, this service, afternoon´s and evening´s only and can cover a 20 mile radius from in & around Denia.
